CEO, Eng. Issam Dabousi, represented First Projects International Company, in signing the agreement, and CEO, Mr. Nofal Taqiyya, represented Array International Company, for the same. This partnership aims at enhancing the capabilities of the two companies in developing and providing innovative real estate and hospitality products that meet the international market requirements, and developing high-quality projects that are competitive in global markets, especially the British market, which is considered one of the most important and oldest real estate markets in the world. This alliance shall contribute to unifying technical, engineering, operational and marketing expertise between the two parties, and develop advanced business models that elevate the standards of quality and innovation, thus enhancing the position of “Array International” as a global Saudi brand capable of competing in the international real estate development and hospitality sector.
