During the third day of the Cityscape Global Riyadh events, First Projects Holding Group signed a cooperation agreement with Velents, a leading company in artificial intelligence and business environment digital re-engineering. The agreement is based on internally-developed artificial intelligence models to improve the customer experience and develop operational performance, with a notable existence in real estate development, financial services, healthcare, and retail trade, along with government entities. The agreement was signed by the representative of First Projects Holding Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Khaled Al Nafjan, and Founding Partner, Abdulaziz Al Muhaidib, representative of Velents Company. The objective of the agreement entered into between the parties is to invest and use technologies to enhance customer interaction and raise the efficiency of operational processes, which enhances the impact on marketing and promoting the Group’s projects.
