First Projects Holding participated in the “Ethmar Investment Roundtable” held in Cairo on Wednesday and Thursday, May 14–15, 2025. The event was held under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and brought together a distinguished group of real estate developers from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt, in addition to prominent architectural firms specializing in real estate development.
The group was represented by Eng. Mohammed Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects Holding, who reaffirmed the group’s commitment to supporting outstanding real estate projects and emphasized the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships across various sectors.
The event was also attended by Eng. Amr Metwally, General Manager of Emtilak Company, and Eng. Nizar Ali, Head of Business Development at First Projects Ltd.
Eng. Mohammed Dabboussi expressed his appreciation for the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade’s sponsorship of the event and praised its active role in empowering and advancing the real estate sector and its supporting industries.
On the sidelines of the event, a series of productive meetings and exchanges of expertise took place among the participating companies from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.
