First Projects, one of the companies under First Projects Holding Group, signed a financing agreement with Sukuk Financial on the sidelines of Restatex Riyadh 2026. Under this agreement, First Projects will receive a *100 million SAR financing program* to fund several projects for the company.
The agreement was signed on behalf of First Projects by Eng. Mohamad Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects Holding Group and on behalf of Sukuk Financial by Mr. Mohammed Al‑Zakri, Chief Business Officer.
Founded in 2020 and licensed by the Capital Market Authority, Sukuk Financial is the first fintech company specialized in offering sukuk for corporations and enabling investors to participate in such investments.
