On Monday, April 21, 2025, First Projects Company and “Mukatafa” signed a consulting services agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors. The agreement seeks to enhance private sector participation in the development and implementation of public policies, thereby fostering increased communication between both sectors.
The agreement was signed on behalf of “Mukatafa” by its CEO, His Highness Prince Waleed bin Nasser bin Farhan Al Saud, and on behalf of First Projects Company by its CEO, Eng. Mohammed Issam Dabbousi.
The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of First Projects Company, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Nafjan, along with several executive leaders from both companies.
During the ceremony, both parties emphasized the importance of this partnership, which is expected to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and the delivery of high-quality services that benefit both organizations.
