Following the remarkable success of its participation last year, First Projects Holding is preparing to take part in Restatex Riyadh 2026—the Kingdom’s largest real estate exhibition—set to be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the attendance of leading real estate and investment companies.
This participation underscores the Group’s pioneering role in the real estate development sector. At Restatex 2025, the company made a strong impact through its platinum sponsorship, the introduction of integrated solutions across its subsidiaries, and the launch of its mixed-use towers line—marking a significant milestone in the concept of vertical urban communities. That edition also resulted in the signing of several local, regional, and international agreements, further strengthening the Group’s position in both the Saudi and regional markets.
For the 2026 edition, First Projects Holding plans to showcase its latest development projects, including the launch of new phases of residential and hospitality towers and complexes, as well as innovative commercial and service projects.
