First Projects, one of the companies under First Projects Holding Group, has signed a joint cooperation agreement with HissaTech, a company specializing in fractional real estate ownership, asset tokenization, and the management of income generating investment shares.
This collaboration includes participation in project development and the provision of advisory support. The agreement was signed at the company’s pavilion on the sidelines of Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2026.
The agreement was signed on behalf of First Projects by its Chairman, Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Nafjan, and on behalf of HissaTech by its Chairman, Mr. Hamoud Al Ghosn. The signing was attended by Eng. Amr Metwally, General Manager of Emtilak, Mr. Majid Bahidr, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Rami Nabil, Chief Product & Strategy Officer at HissaTech.
