During the second day of Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025, First Projects Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Madanioun for Urban Marketing to develop a future distinguished and large-scale project in Al-Madinah.
Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on marketing and exploring exceptional investment opportunities in Al-Madinah as well as in other cities across Saudi Arabia.
The MoU was signed on behalf of First Projects Limited by Eng. Mohammed Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects Holding Group, and on behalf of Madanioun by Eng. Farid Al-Maymani, CEO of Madanioun for Real Estate Marketing.
The agreement reflects First Projects Limited’s expansion strategy across multiple cities and its commitment to creating new and distinguished investment opportunities.
